A lot of work to agree on shipping costs, but ended fine. Agreed to ship parcel post. Many emails prior 2 payment. Asked for $1.32 refund. Which I refunded. (Sounds like this buyer buys, then after the fact negotiates like the dickens with sellers on shipping...and gets MAD if you do not agree to HER TERMS. And SELLERS cannot block her from bidding that is SO WRONG.
