iPod Fashion Craze *updated*

iPod ShuffleThis is the entry level model. Its small size (3.3 x 0.98 x 0.33 inches) and light weight (.78 ounce) make this iPod ideal if you have many items to carry around. It doesnt have a color screen making finding a specific song difficult but if youre like me and dont change songs often this is ideal. When working out, I download a playlist of high energy music and play it right through.

iPod MiniThis unit is now replaced by the Nano. Unlike the shuffle the Mini gees with a 1.67 inch grayscale LCD with LED Backlight. Easy to use control and boasts amazing sound quality and storage space (4GB and 6GB models) in such a small package (3.6 x 2.0 x 0.5 inches and 103g). There are tons of accessories for the Mini including multi-color cases to speakers.

iPod NanoThis unit is amazing! Its as thin as a pencil and just slightly bigger than the Shuffle yet holds more than double the songs! The Nano measures only 3.5 x 1.6 x 0.27 inches and weights 1.5 ounces. Unlike the Mini, the Nano has a 1.5 color LCD with LED backlight.
No doubt this iPod will be the next biggest thing. Its perfect if you want a small unit but still want to jump from song to song.

iPodThis unit is now discontinued. This was perfect if you want to carry your entire music collection. Available in a 20GB version which can hold up to 5,000 songs or a 60GB version which can hold a whopping 15,000 songs!
Due to the massive storage capacity, this iPod is largest and heaviest of the iPods. The 20GB version is 4.1 x 2.4 x 0.63 inches and 5.9 ounces. The 60GB version is 4.1 x 2.4 x 0.75 inches and 6.4 ounces.
Song information is displayed on the large 2-inch color LCD with LED backlight.
