Grading Sharks Teeth - What does it all mean?

Unlike Rookie Baseball cards or rare coins....there is no such thing as an independent 3rd party to send your teeth off to for grading. And anyone actually trying to pass their own teeth off with a grading system is simply making one up for their own gain. It would be a conflict of interest to grade your own items in this fashion.
