"got CGC?" tips to listing a CGC/PGX slabbed comic book

CGC/PGX/slabbed books have revolutionized geic book collecting over the past few years. At any time, there are thousands of CGC-slabbed and hundreds of PGX-slabbed books on okay. The proliferation of these professionally-graded and encapsulated geic booksshows that this former niche market is now enjoying general acceptance from the collecting gemunity.
With many of these books having high valuations, the quality of a seller's listing for a CGC/PGX-slabbed could potentially result in hundreds, maybe even thousands, of dollars! For buyers, a bad listing can lead to disappointment when the item received is not as expected.

A high quality image is always the most important part of your listing. For slabbed books, the image must also be large enough to give the buyer a full view of the book.

okay's default gallery image doesn't cut it. If you don't use the super-size picture option, then use a 3rd party site like auctiva or even photobucket for hosting larger images.
A scan of the book is the best image to use. This will give the best view of the book.
A digital camera is a good substitute if you don't have a scanner. Be sure to use plenty of natural light and avoid using a flash, which will create a bad glare off the case.
Include a full image of the book and an image of the label. The details on the label should be readable.
