Buyer is playing games with my motorcycle auction. He bid over my reserve amount then retracted his bid. I reported him but will eBay ever possibly do anything? His current bidding activity shows him bidding on no less than six motorcycles (none are remotely similar) yet his activity shows he's never purchased even one before.
