I just returned from Daytona beach. I had to let you all know that the town is almost empty this time of the year. If you want Daytona on the cheap this is the time to go. For example ocean front rooms are $50.00 dollars a night! If you walk across the street the rooms are $25.00 dollars a night! Daytona is still a lot of fun this time of the year. Main sreet is still there and all your favorite haunts are open just like bike week. The only difference is that you can actually find a place to park your bike and no lines for beer and no crowds but still plenty of motorcycles and entertainment....The weather is normally perfect also. This year it ranged from 84 degrees to 92 degrees.
